Eligibility for Returns & Exchange

We accept returns for products that are not in good condition or are defective or damaged by the company.

Customers may request a return or exchange within 48 hours after they receive the product, after which we will not take responsibility.

In such cases, the customer must contact us via email to request a return. We will review the request and determine whether the product is eligible for return or
replacement.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please send an email to support@radhaelectric.com with the following information:

• Order number
• Name of the product
• Reason for the return
• Video of the product

Once we receive the email, we will review the request and respond within 7 days with further instructions.

Note:
Information listed above are all mandatory. To request return, replacement or refund of any product, the customer must include a video proof of the harmed product. The request will not be accepted in any circumstances if you fail to provide proof of the condition of the product.

Return Process

If the product is eligible for return or replacement, we will provide the customer with instructions on how to return the product. The customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to us.

Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that the product meets our return criteria. If the product is in good condition and meets our criteria, we will issue a refund to the customer’s original payment method after deducting any shipping charges. If the customer requested an exchange, we would exchange the product at no extra cost.

If the product is not in good condition or does not meet our criteria, we will contact the customer to discuss alternative options. We strive to process all refunds and exchanges within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns for the following products:

• Products that have been used, worn or damaged by the customer
• Products that have been altered or modified.
• Products that are not in their original packaging

Cancellation Policy

At radhaelectric.com, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure that it is shipped to the customer in a timely manner. As a result, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed.

However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a customer needs to cancel an order. If this is the case, the customer may request a cancellation by sending an email to support@radhaelectric.com within 48 hours of placing the order. We will review the request and determine if the cancellation is possible.

If the cancellation request is received within 48 hours of placing the order and we are able to cancel it, we will do so and issue a refund to the customer’s original payment method. Please note that in such cases, the customer will be responsible for any shipping costs that have already been incurred.

If a cancellation request is made after the 48-hour window has passed, we will be unable to cancel the order and it will be shipped to the customer as originally scheduled. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of the order, including any shipping and handling fees.
